Attorney Lincoln K. Murphy

Joining the firm in 2016, Lincoln K. Murphy has been practicing law since graduating from the University of Wisconsin Law School in 1979. He has engaged in the general practice of law including all areas of trial work. His initial employment included working as a trial attorney for Racine County as Assistant Corporation Counsel and then entering into the private practice of law in 1982.

Overview

He practices personal injury and civil litigation. He has handled thousands of injury claims including those resulting from automobile/motorcycle accidents, dog bites, boat and other recreational vehicle accidents, slip/trip and falls and wrongful death claims.

He has been admitted to practice in all courts in the State of Wisconsin, the Eastern and Western Federal District Courts and the Seventh Circuit Court of Appeals. He has also frequently been requested to serve as an arbitrator or a mediator in many contested matters.

Since 1998, he has been certified by the National Board of Trial Advocacy as a Board-Certified Civil Trial Lawyer Specialist. He achieved this certification by displaying expertise in litigation through documentation, successfully completing an examination and having judicial and peer references. He also has been named a Super Lawyer by Milwaukee Magazine for every year since 2011. He is a member of the Wisconsin Association for Justice, the State Bar of Wisconsin and Racine County Bar Association.
